Title: Metal Saga comic strip!
Post by: Shadow on September 04, 2008, 10:54:57 AM
As you may or may not know, Metal Saga is the PS2 sequel to Metal Max Returns and Metal Max 2. Given I'm quite interested in everything Metal Max related, I'm always on the lookout for new stuff.

I recently found an apparently fan-made comic strip in the album of the blog of some Japanese guy nicknamed bloodymario. I don't know if he speaks English nor if he's even the real author of the comic. I posted a comment, but he hasn't replied yet. I've no idea whether he uses his blog often or not: Japanese looks as understandable as Ancient Egyptian to me. :P

I've uploaded it to my Photobucket, in case you guys wanna check it out:

It'd be great if someone could translate the text. Just post the script here and I'll take care of the graphic editing of the panels. :)

Neat!

While I can't read (much) of the text either, I *can* tell you that this is a collection of unrelated 4-panel shorts (commonly known as 4koma.) They're generally supposed to be humorous in nature; for instance, in one of these Kiriya is apparently crushed that Hunter has chosen the female mechanic over him.

That helps a lot knowing that they are four panel stories. I had posted about these on the MS board at GFAQs (after Shadow gave me the pics) and someone has said they will translate. Just so you know. :D

Hey lanator, how's MS DS progressing?

Dropped off after I died against that monster attacking the dog and wound up miles away from my jeep, unable to figure out why I couldn't rent something else.
