I was just browsing the boards here and this suddenly appeared. Am I supposed to respond? If so, what's the right answer?

Yep, that's just a forum signature. Which I thought Gid wasn't too keen on here, else there would've been a whole lot more of them.

I, for one, think the lack of graphical sigs here is quite refreshing.

If I remember correctly, it was too large causing problems with loading for some people so he put a limit to the size of the sig.
As for which answer to choose, call tech support and see if you can get the people on this board immune from the purging(and romhacking.net for good measure).  If not, cancel.  If so, click ok.  Judging by the state of the world (ex. Bush being re-elected), I'm sure there are plenty of people we can do without.
