Now that the gas is out of the way it's time to deal with the real beast

that army numbers around 800 units plus three commanders the vanguard joined with the main body after Tyria and Chaostic took out about 75 units

right now it looks like they are made up of
-100 Marasais
-200 Ginns
-100 BaCUEs
-150 Gaplants
-150 Tauruses
-100 Gaza-C's

and as far as the commanders go it looks like we Have a LaGOWE, a Psycho Gundam and a Messala  (It looks like the Messala is in charge)

as far as I can tell they intend to attack in three "Waves"
the first  will consist of the BaCUEs and Gaplants led by the LaGOWE
the second will contain the Gaza-Cs and Tauruses led by the Messala
and the last will be Marsais and Ginns led by the Psycho Gundam

the enemy will attack on Sunday afternoon

we will need a plan...

Dibs on that sword. Just trust me on this.

And yeah Andrew, you get a cut, as my assistant. Forty percent, and I don't haggle.

The rest of the party, in typical Slayers fashion, gives a reaction to the effect of "Sounds reasonable."

Oh boy! The transforming BOX is coming!

I don't care HOW deadly it is, I simply CANNOT take the Psycho Gundam seriously.

Also: I can't decide if group one or group two is more offensive to aviation.

I'm in for 2. Standard assumption that the most-skilled pilot is the boss, and he's in a rather heavily-armed "flight" unit. Seems a perfect place for a fighter plane.
Unless you think I'm needed to take out the Box Gundam.

I'll take 1. I just love shooting those little specks on the ground! (Not to mention, I don't think I've ever taken on a quadrupedal MS before.)

I think given the size of the force we will all need to fight together

We probably shouldn't be splitting up for each wave but rather change our strategy as each new wave moves in on us

I think we will NEED SRX and the HTB (I may end up piloting it if no one else is willing to)

also I plan to request that Leader join us (Arc Gurren Lagann would be a tremendous help)

Tyria can we get your Meteor up and running by Sunday?

Wow... I really need to work on my R-3 skills some more. It's amazing what two missions in a close-range mech does to your habits.

Which reminds me... I'm sure I really should remember, but have we actually used SRX yet? I think I remember a single Variable Formation, but I'm not sure...

We did.

We haven't used the HTB Cannon, though. Or the insanely-long Ryusei name attack, which is really the same thing.
There wasn't an RGun pilot at the time.

I know we used the SRX twice (our first two battles) and the HTB once (our second battle)

the we had two capture missions (which the SRX isn't suited to)

and the R-1 was OoC for our last operation

Edit Sorry I forgot the Kyris Liberation it happened between our capture missions

on to a more pressing issue WE NEED AN R-GUN PILOT!!!!

is there anyone who is willing?

I piloted the R-Gun shortly after it was built.  So I guess can use again for this mission.

Sure, Gai. I'm trying to see which mech is better suited for using this thing, 'Scythe or Alex.

Well I'd say the 'scythe after all it was designed for melee weapons; you may want to alter some of the fine control sub-routines to improve the efficiency but the program may already be be in there

but I'm sure the Alex could put the sword to good use
